PrepMo was the West Coast leader in digital ticket sales and event marketing for high schools. PrepMo partnered with five West Coast athletic associations and hosted ticket sales for marquee schools like Mater Dei, De La Salle and more. In addition, PrepMo made it simple for public schools, short on cash to launch, host and reconcile digital tickets.

Digital Ticket Sales at Public and Private High Schools: Simple, Flexible, Accountable

Schools and underfunded and understaffed. While it would seem simple to offer ticket sales online, the grass roots nature of high school events and the reality of publicly funded event owners makes for a complex marketplace. Reporting is paramount as schools are audited regularly. Re-marketing must be handled delicately and within guidelines given laws around soliciting minors. Product must be flexible and simple given the wide range of users and nuances that must be accounted for at school events, whether it is dances, band fees or a football game.


1000 support calls/night | Python/Django | CRM integration

PrepMo collaborated with the team at Contentz to build a custom ticketing solution and communication program. They base platform was built in python / django. The front end leveraged Bootstrap. Customer service was mapped and built to qeue through Zoho CRM tools via phone and email channels. Contentz solutions enabled PrepMo to handle more than 1,000 customer service inquiries on a busy Friday football night, with only one employee staffed.

PrepMo was acquired by Huddle Tickets in 2017 for an undisclosed amount, establishing a national presence in digital for Huddle. Huddle had established itself as the 800 pound gorilla and market leader in ticketing solutions for high school, largely based on its paper ticket program. With the PrepMo acquisition, which followed a transaction that merged Birmingham, AL based PrepTix with Huddle, the new organization has grown to service more than 1,500 school and 30 state associations, making Huddle the clear leader in high school digital ticketing nationally.
